Bella Luna

Project Description

Rogers & Willard was selected to provide hurricane restoration services for Bella Luna, a luxury condominium community along Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach. The property, known for its modern design and mix of Gulf front and riverfront amenities, sustained significant storm damage that called for both structural repair and aesthetic renewal. When the hurricane rolled through, our team was prepared to do whatever it took to support the community — even relocating staff to Orange Beach temporarily to ensure the project received the immediate attention it needed. We restored common areas, building systems, and resident amenities with a focus on maintaining the elevated coastal lifestyle that defines Bella Luna. From indoor and outdoor pools to Gulf access and waterfront docking, the completed restoration reflects both resilience and high-end coastal living.

I think the world of Mike Rogers and the employees of Rogers and Willard. Mike and his team went out of their way to help us during a very challenging situation after Hurricane Sally. The Rogers & Willard team made a complex, high pressure job feel seamless, relieving much of the stress and concern our building’s owners had after the storm. They brought experience, insight, and total commitment to getting the restoration done right and in a timely manner. Although it was a massive undertaking after a major hurricane with several million dollars of damage to our building, they never wavered in their commitment to quickly restore our property to its pre-storm condition and completed the work in record time.
