Rogers & Willard Recognized with Multiple Honors at 2026 AGC BuildSouth Awards

Rogers & Willard is proud to announce multiple recognitions in the 2026 BUILDSouth Awards, presented by the Associated General Contractors of Alabama. The annual awards celebrate outstanding construction projects and the individuals who make a meaningful impact on the industry across the state.

This year, Rogers & Willard received three honors, recognizing both our people and our work.

Unsung Hero Award

Our own Shannon Parson, Executive Assistant to the President, was recognized with the Unsung Hero Award. This award honors individuals whose leadership and dedication often happen behind the scenes but are essential to the success of their organizations.

Shannon’s commitment to excellence, teamwork, and service helps keep operations running smoothly and supports every aspect of our work. Her recognition reflects the culture that drives Rogers & Willard forward every day.

Project Honorable Mentions

Two Rogers & Willard projects were also recognized with Honorable Mention awards:

  • Renovation – Building Construction Under $15 Million
    Merchants Transfer

  • Community Involvement Project
    Goodwill Gulf Coast Multi-Purpose Campus

The Merchants Transfer renovation highlights the importance of thoughtful redevelopment and the role construction plays in revitalizing existing facilities. The Goodwill Gulf Coast project reflects our commitment to strengthening communities by supporting organizations that provide opportunity, workforce development, and vital services.

These recognitions are a testament to the dedication of our entire team and the partners who make our work possible. At Rogers & Willard, we believe construction is about more than building structures—it’s about building community, leaders, impact, and relationships while answering the call to serve.
