Merchants Transfer

Project Description

Just over 2 years after fire destroyed the original structure, we wrapped construction on a new 274,212 square-foot warehouse for Merchants Transfer Company—on an accelerated 11-month timeline.

The facility, designed for leasing and long term logistics use, features pre-engineered metal buildings divided by 12" CMU fire separation walls to ensure safety and flexibility. One of the biggest challenges was preserving and utilizing as much of the existing slab as possible, a task our team tackled with precision and problem-solving from day one.

At Rogers & Willard, building smarter and faster is never at odds with building better. This project reflects our core values in action: relentless progress, whatever it takes, and delivering meaningful work that supports our clients’ future.
