Project Description
New site development of an existing underused area for the Alabama State Port Authority. The new McDuffie Warehouse is the main hub for operations and service to the McDuffie Terminal. This 60,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building consists of 10,000 sf of office and conditioned storage and another 50,000sf of outdoor and indoor covered storage. Being able to assist a rapidly growing public entity like ASPA was something we take great pride in and the quality and delivery of this project shows that. Our team overcame supply chain challenges without hindrance to our clients operational start date.
