Center For Reproductive Medicine

Project Description

The Center for Reproductive Medicine project focused on the renovation of two existing buildings in midtown Mobile. Transitioning the existing spaces from offices to a medical facility and offices. The buildings feature two state of the art lab facilities that serve the clients patients on a nearly daily basis.

This project was unique due to its extremely aggressive schedule. There were many instances where the project management team was required to develop solutions quickly to complete the project on time. One of the biggest reasons the job was successful can be credited to the design team, client, subcontractors, and GC truly working as a team and having strong communication throughout the project.
