Mike Rogers
President

A native of Mobile, Alabama, Mike Rogers has been working in the construction industry since 1985. Mike is responsible for estimating multi-million dollar jobs and acting as project manager and administrator for large site improvements as well as ground-up projects.

After building his career in Tennessee for several years, Mike brought his skill and expertise back to Mobile in 1989. Shortly after returning to the area, he formed the company in 1989 and incorporated in 1991. He had one goal in mind: to provide the highest standard of excellence in commercial and industrial construction to clients.

Steve Willard
Secretary/Treasurer

Steve Willard brings years of valuable experience to the company. A graduate of Auburn University in Building Construction, he has worked in construction since 1984 with companies from North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. Steve has worked on every level of project completion ranging from laborer to superintendent and senior vice president, allowing for efficiency in every project he oversees. Steve joined forces with Mike Rogers in 1992. Since then, Rogers & Willard, Inc. has been providing quality, efficient, and safe commercial and industrial construction.

Ryan Ott
Vice President/Project Manager

Ryan Ott, project manager, has been with Rogers & Willard since 2002. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Civil Engineering and has associated project management experience since his graduation in 1997. Some of Ryan's major projects with Rogers & Willard include Lear Corporation, The Country Club of Mobile, Bay Chevrolet and Tameron Honda. He is active in the Associated Builders and Contractors, having served on the board of directors since 2005.

Nathan Dunn
Project Manager

Nathan Dunn has been with Rogers & Willard since 2004, when he graduated from Auburn with a degree in Building Construction. He began his career with major condominium reconstruction in Orange Beach in the aftermath of Hurricane Ivan, where he managed the restoration of Cotton Bayou Condominiums and Seaside Beach Condominiums.

Ralph Wheat
Project Manager

A team member of Rogers & Willard since 2006, Ralph Wheat is responsible for estimating, bid preparation and project management for various commercial and industrial construction projects. He handles subcontracts, purchase orders, and day-to-day management of projects. Ralph has been in the construction industry since 1963, when he graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Building Construction.

Julie Beall
Controller

As controller for Rogers & Willard, Julie keeps the numbers straight. Bringing 30 years experience in finance and accounting, she is an extremely valuable asset to this company. Julie also handles all state contractor certifications and oversees the accounting department for detail and accuracy.

Diane Alumbaugh
Safety Coordinator/Contract Administrator

Diane is most likely the person you will be dealing with if you are a subcontractor or supplier. She has extensive experience in the construction industry – in the field as well as behind the desk. She manages all subcontracts and purchase orders, and deals with all issues pertaining to purchasing, permitting and job startup. If you have a question about what is going on at a specific job, she will have the answer for you. Diane is also our safety coordinator, keeping the field updated in all new and developing safety issues, administering safety orientations and on-site inspections, and maintaining current safety documentation.

Wanda Burch
Accounting

A member of Rogers & Willard since 2004, Wanda Burch handles cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Her 25 years experience in accounting is invaluable, helping everything run smoothly.

Barbara Mason
Accounts Receivable

Barbara Mason has worked for Rogers & Willard since 2004. She brings 30 years experience in office environments, office management and bookkeeping, with 20 of those years specifically in the construction industry (commercial, residential and industrial). Knowing our business inside and out is priceless.

Lillian Dobbs
Front Office Manager

A member of Rogers & Willard since 2002, Lillian Dobbs is a serious multitasker. She’s not only the front office manager, she’s a project manager assistant and IT manager. Of course, she handles it all amazingly, thanks to 30 years experience in office environments, primarily as executive secretary and human resources analyst.
