Rogers & Willard has completed construction on the 12,000 SF five (5) tenant space Gallery Fifty Nine located in Foley, AL. The owner, LanDel Realty, has leased units to Alltel and America's Mattress. Two additional units are in the process of being leased and will be announced shortly. One unit is presently still available for lease.

Adding New Talent to our Staff
Rogers & Willard has been consistently developing and growing over the years. This necessitates the addition of new staff to maintain the quality of work for which we have become known.
A few months ago, Ralph Wheat joined our team as a Project Manager. With his extensive experience and expertise we anticipate that he will help us continue to provide our clients with the highest degree of quality work that has become our trademark in the industry.

RSA Tower - American Equity Underwriters and International Shipholding Buildout Completed
What a beautiful addition this building is to the skyline of Mobile, AL. RSA (Retirement Systems of Alabama) and all the contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers can be proud of a job well done.

Legacy Village in Mobile Completed
Current tenants include Talbots, Ann Taylor, J. Jill, and Ballins, all of which are women's fine clothing stores; Nouveau Spa; Jos. A. Banks, a men's clothier; Zoe's, a Greek foods take-out; and Alabama Outdoors. Also in the Center is a free-standing Starbucks - a real treat for the local businesses in the area. The newest tenants include Jimmy Johns, a sub and sandwich shop and The Wine Loft.
Construction of buildouts continues on multiple anticipated tenants.
