If you thought your day planner was full, try completing a 32,000 s.f. pipe shop in 90 days. Partially pre-engineered and partially custom engineered, this project included extensive mechanical piping systems for industrial and welding gases and heavy electrical systems. Just another day at the office for us.
Profile & Web Building
Our client was so impressed, they asked us for more. We constructed a 100,000 s.f. building, upgraded utilities, modified an exterior crane runway, and installed owner equipment including a new automated assembly line. All this was completed in seven months, overcoming the challenge of keeping the existing assembly line fully operational.

Zeneca Ag Products Lab and Office

Zeneca Ag conducts a lot of experiments. But they didn’t want any trial and error when it came to building their 17,000 s.f. office and state-of-the-art laboratories. So we were a natural fit. Construction included installing a sophisticated HVAC system to control chemical fumes and an intricate electronic system to regulate pressure and temperature. Despite the intricacies, we maintained our five-month timeline.
