Downtown Mobile Project Highlights

It has long been known that Mobile, AL has a strong rich history. Over the years though, time has taken its toll on the downtown area. Rogers & Willard has always had a special love for this vibrant city and what it has to offer. We have believed in the vision to restore many parts of Mobile, particularly the historic buildings in downtown.
Since completing the renovation of our new office, the old Buick Building on St Louis Street., known years ago as Automobile Alley, we have had the privilege of being chosen as General Contractor on multiple renovations and restorative projects for many of the historic buildings in the downtown area. Our goal is to see the city reach its full potential, and we hope by offering our services we will see downtown Mobile, AL renew again.
A few of the highlighted projects we are currently working on are the Staples Pake Building which we are restoring and renovating into apartments and several stores. Also, the Dodge Brothers-Graham Brothers Trucks Building which will be a new office for Precision Engineering, and the old Nash Motors that will become a new home to the Old Mobile Antiques Gallery.
We know there is much more to come for Mobile and we are honored to be a part in any way.
