When you have veteran experience, you can take on any challenge. That was the case of International Shipholding. Their 30,000 s.f. office was the very first tenant buildout in the new 37-story RSA Tower. The tower wasn’t even complete, yet we had a very short schedule. Never a problem.

The medical field has possibly the most critical and exacting requirements when it comes to construction. This is where our experience with difficult projects comes in. For this project, we constructed a 24,000 s.f. outpatient orthopedic clinic. We outfitted it with specialty plumbing and gas lines, and made special preparations for medical equipment such as an MRI.
